您需要有效的日本駕照、國際駕駛許可證、美軍駐日地位協定（SOFA）駕照，或瑞士、德國、法國、台灣、比利時、摩納哥的駕照及其日文官方翻譯。記住！無駕照無法駕駛！

以下「條款和條件」以英文書寫。所有用戶同意並理解英文版本是任何翻譯版本之上的官方「條款和條件」。
用戶同意在參與商店提供的服務時遵守這些「條款和條件」。在任何情況下，沒有協議都不會提供服務。
用戶必須符合以下4個條件。如果用戶未能符合其中任何一個條件，將不被允許使用該服務。如果發現用戶雖然不符合條件卻使用服務，則用戶承認保險將不適用。
The User must fall under the following 4 conditions. If the User fails to fall under with either 1 of the conditions, the User will not be allowed to use the service. If the user is found to be using the service even though the User does not fall under the conditions, then the User acknowledges that insurance will not apply.
A) 用戶必須擁有在日本駕駛的有效駕駛執照或許可證（基於1949年日內瓦公約的國際駕駛許可證、SOFA執照等）。
B) 用戶必須具備足夠的駕駛技能以使用該服務。
C) 用戶必須了解商店與任天堂和/或遊戲《瑪利歐賽車》無關。
用戶必須遵守所有當地交通法律和法規。用戶必須擁有在日本駕駛的有效駕駛執照或許可證，並必須隨時攜帶。用戶必須具備足夠的駕駛技能來駕駛卡丁車。
The User must obey all local traffic laws and regulations. The User must have a valid driving license or permit to drive in Japan and must carry it at all times. The User must have sufficient driving skills to drive the kart.
在日本，根據法律，用戶有責任確保卡丁車能正常操作，沒有違反任何當地交通法律的故障。（例如：側面信號燈、頭燈、尾燈、剎車燈、剎車、加速）
In Japan, by law it is the Users responsibility to make sure the kart is operable with no dysfunctions that violates any local traffic laws. (Example:Side Signal Light, Headlights, Taillights, Break lights, brakes, acceleration)
每位用戶將對任何交通違規負責。商店或導遊將不對因違規而產生的罰款或費用承擔責任。
Each User will be responsible for any traffic violations. The Shop or tour guide will not be liable for any fine or fees incurred by the violation.
商店可能會向用戶收取與當地當局交通違規相關的任何未解決罰款或費用。
The Shop may charge any unresolved fines or fees incurred by the User regarding traffic violations with local authorities.
如發生交通事故，用戶必須通知導遊、當地當局和保險公司。
In the event of a traffic accident, the User must notify the tour guide, local authorities, and insurance company.
如果發生交通事故，用戶同意不在沒有商店同意的情況下與對方達成和解。商店不對用戶與對方之間的未同意和解協議承擔責任。
In the event of a traffic accident, the User agrees not to enter into a settlement with the opposing party without the Shop's consent.
所有卡丁車都已投保以防事故。保險的覆蓋範圍是有限和受管制的。如果發生事故，保險公司將評估事件。此時，用戶必須支付50,000日圓的免責額。如果保險公司評估事故是魯莽駕駛的結果，用戶可能被拒絕承保。
All Karts are insured incase of an accident. The coverage of the insurance is limited and regulated. In an event of an accident, the insurance company will evaluate the incident. At this moment, the User must pay a disclaimer of 50,000 Japanese Yen. If the insurance company evaluate the accident is a result for reckless driving, the User may be neglected of coverage.
用戶對卡丁車的任何損壞負責。用戶理解商店將收取實際損害費用。涉及保險公司的任何損壞將遵循第9條。商店有權就損害進行索賠。
The User is responsible of any damages to the karts. The User understands that the Shop will charge for actual damages. Any damages involving the insurance company will follow clause 9. The Shop has the right to claim for damages.
用戶同意他們不是犯罪組織的成員，也未參與犯罪活動。
The User agrees that they are not a member of a criminal organization nor is participating in a criminal activity.
用戶不得允許任何其他人駕駛或乘坐卡丁車，除非商店或導遊指定。
The User may not permit anyone else to drive or ride the kart, unless specified by the Shop or tour guide.
租用的卡丁車不得用於商業用途（快遞服務、廣告），除非獲得商店許可。
The karts, when rented shall not be permitted to use commercially (courier service, advertisement) unless granted by the Shop.
對於旅遊客戶，用戶不需要在旅遊結束後負責加油。對於自由租賃，除必要的維護外，用戶不得在沒有商店同意的情況下修改車輛，如貼貼紙或安裝設備。此外，車輛必須以原始狀態歸還，用戶必須在歸還前加滿燃料箱。如果用戶沒有以滿油箱歸還車輛，他們必須支付商店規定的費用。
Regarding Tour customers, users will not be liable for filling the tanks after the tour has finished. Regarding freelance rentals, except for necessary maintenance, the User must not modify the Vehicle, etc., such as by attaching stickers or installing devices, etc., without the Shop's consent.
對於旅遊客戶，此條款不適用。對於自由租賃，用戶承諾在商店規定的地點和時間歸還車輛。如果用戶超過租賃時間，他們必須獲得商店同意並支付遲到費用。
Regarding tour customers, this clause does not apply. Regarding freelance rentals, the User is committed to returning the Vehicle, etc. at the place and time prescribed by the Shop. If the User exceeds the rental time, they must obtain the consent of the Shop and pay a late fee.
用戶同意對與使用卡丁車和提供的服務相關的照片的版權、肖像權和宣傳權不提出任何索賠。
The User agrees to make no claim whatsoever to copyright, portrait, and publicity rights related to photographs related to the usage of the karts and services provided.
如果用戶違反這些條款和條件，用戶承認將補償商店就損害或違規罰款提出的任何索賠。
If the User violates these Terms and Conditions, the User acknowledges compensating any claims made by the Shop regarding damages or violation penalties.
用戶理解商店和導遊有權根據安全風險（魯莽駕駛、不遵守旅遊規則等）暫停個別用戶駕駛卡丁車的權利和權限。用戶將按照商店或導遊的指定歸還卡丁車。
The User understands that the Shop and Tour guide has the right and authority to suspend a individual user from driving a kart depending on safety risks (reckless driving, not complying to tour rules, etc.). The User will return the kart as specified by the Shop or tour guide.
商店不對用戶造成的任何損害承擔責任和/或義務。商店有權暫停、取消和更改向用戶提供的服務。
The Shop will not be responsible and/or liable to any damages caused to the User. The Shop has the right to suspend, cancel, and change the service provided to the User.
用戶不得收集與任何媒體發布相關的數據、信息和圖像。用戶不得在未經商店許可的情況下收集數據。
The User may not collect data, information, and images in relation to any media distribution. The User cannot collect data without the permission of the Shop.
用戶理解條款和條件可能在未通知或獲得用戶批准的情況下更新。
